The transparency of the things we don’t perceive.

The transparency of the things we don’t perceive refers to the idea that many aspects of reality or existence remain hidden or unseen because our perception is limited. Just as transparent glass allows us to see through it, these unseen elements are present but not directly accessible to our senses or awareness. This concept can be explored philosophically, suggesting that there are layers of reality or knowledge beyond our immediate perception, and that what we don’t perceive might influence or underpin what we do. It invites reflection on the limits of human perception and the unseen forces or truths that shape our experience.

The space where the situations I describe in my paintings take place. They play in places that do not belong to a specific time and space that is recognizable in front of our eyes. They are places without time. The stories that I tell in my paintings arise from my own perception of my own reality and the environment in which my personal experiences take place. These personal experiences are stored in my memory. This memory is conditioned by time.

And at the same time my personal experiences are conditioned by my cultural identity and the transformation of my existence through my personal development. How did you observe reality? Is what I see real? Is what I observe in my reality, in addition to other realities in a different parallel dimension? Why does my existence sometimes split? Why do I sometimes take my reality from the outside?.

Themes such as nature, identity, existence, ritual, interaction between people, symbolic color, perception of time and space, environment, the five elements, together with the experiences I have experienced in my youth, are present in my paintings. In this new series I wonder if there is another dimension parallel to ours.

Another dimension where there is a world that is invisible to our eyes. Where light beings accompany and lead us. There is already scientific support for the fourth dimension investigating quantum physics. But science does not report the existence of light beings in that fourth dimension. However, these light beings are present in mythology and myths of all ancient cultures and civilizations.
